In the past few weeks, non-fungible token (NFT) collections such as Cryptopunks, Axie Infinity, Art Blocks, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), and Meebits have seen massive numbers. However, a number of new NFT collections are making advances in sales and the Ethereum-based RPG called “Loot (for Adventurers)” is now topping the list.
Booty, MAYC, moment of inertia
NFTs are apparently becoming a mainstay in the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchains. Non-fungible token concepts have invaded the art scene, music, gaming industry, and many more sectors. For example, Michael Winkelmann, known professionally as Beeple, sold his NFT “Everydays: the First 5000 Days” for over $ 69 million, making it the fourth most expensive work of art by a living artist. Since then, everything has revolved around NFT collections from projects such as Cryptopunks, Meebits, Weird Whales, BAYC, Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC), Art Blocks, Axie Infinity and more.
Loot (For Adventurers) is the top selling NFT collection of the past week, with worldwide sales of $ 194.82 million.
Even old collections like Cryptokitties, Curio Cards, and the rare Pepe blockchain trading cards have seen a resurgence in sales. But all of the hottest collections have faced competition over the past week and a slew of new NFT collections topping some of these top projects. The biggest pacemaker was Loot (for Adventurers), an Ethereum-based role-playing game. Developed by Vine co-creator Dom Hofmann, the game is also launching an NFT video game platform called Supdrive.
The Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) NFT collection had total sales of $ 124.16 million last week.
Loot (for adventurers) has a total of 8,000 NFTs, which Hofmann called “randomized adventurer equipment”. The NFT equipment comes with no frills, like the fancy drawings by BAYC and Hofmann says that images and statistics are “intentionally left out so that others can interpret them”. Statistics from Dappradar.com’s NFT Collection show that Loot had sales of $ 194.82 million in seven days and is the top-selling collection in the past week. In the past seven days, 3,201 dealers exchanged items and 5,928 sales in Loot.
The Inertial Moment NFT collection had total sales of $ 63.51 million last week.
Axie Infinity still holds the second largest position in terms of seven-day NFT sales this week. According to Loot, Axie Infinity had sales of $ 148.51 million over the course of the week. However, among the new projects that are making headway is the Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC), which raised $ 124.16 million in seven days. Inertial Moment is a project that deals with “Color Interaction and Spatial Flow” and there are 150 unique pieces. The Inertial Moment NFT collection is the seventh largest sales competitor this week, with total sales of $ 63.51 million.
Bored Ape Chemistry Club, Creature World, GEVOLs, Adam Bomb Squad
Just when people thought they couldn’t get enough monkey NFTs, the Bored Ape Chemistry Club (BACC) is climbing the seven-day sales ladder to join BAYC and MAYC. The BACC collection sold $ 32.87 million in NFT sales among 971 dealers this week.
GEVOLs., Grossed $ 27.98 million last week.
The 10th largest collection on sale up to the 17th collection are all new NFT projects that are rising. Creature World NFT raised $ 31.52 million, GEVOL’s $ 27.98 million, Adam Bomb Squad $ 21.96 million, Bloot (not for the weak) $ 20.88 million, Dotdots $ 19.57 And Al Cabones $ 16.82 million.
Adam Bomb Squad grossed $ 21.96 million last week.
The last two on the top NFT collections list are also new, and include The Doge Pound NFTs, which grossed $ 14.39 million, and the Loot for the Loot RPG expansion, which had seven-day sales of $ 12 , Grossed $ 54 million.
